Vivienne Tam Edition of HP Mini 1000 Netbook Coming This December

HP has recently released the Mini 1000 netbook which will be replacing the Mini 2133 Mini-Note. While this new model of netbook is already available on HP stores now, what we are interested here on Pink Laptop Blog, is the Vivienne Tam edition which is expected to be available on December.


The Vivienne Tam Edition of HP Mini 1000 will come in vibrant red accentuated by peony-flower designs, 10.2-inch display, runs on Windows XP Home, and comes packed with Ethernet Jack, USB ports, Wifi and soon 3G capabilities. Other features includes Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, Brightview widescreen display, flush glass and LED backlight, built-in webcam and microphone.

The Vivienne Tam edition of HP Mini 1000 netbook will have a starting price of $699. HP now allows you to make a reservation for this fashionable netbook by contacting them.

Toshiba Qosmio X305-Q708 Pink Gaming Laptop

Toshiba has announced a new gaming laptop, Qosmio X305-Q708 today.

The Qosmio X305-Q708 is the revamped version of the pink gaming laptop, Qosmio X305 which was released earlier this year. According to Toshiba, Qosmio X305-Q708 is the company's most powerful gaming laptop to date.

Lenovo IdeaPad S10 Pink

Lenovo Ideapad S10 is one of the most popular netbook in the market. The 10-inch netbook has a stylish design and available in multiple attractive colors: white, red, blue, black, and pink. The netbook was announced way back on August 4, but only started shipping in late September. The pastel pink Lenovo S10 is now already available on CompUSA.

Lenovo official site currently offers only white version of Lenovo S10 for $399, and a red version for $429. To get the pink Lenovo IdeaPad S10, you will need to order from CompUSA at $429.99.

NEC Japan Announced Super Cute Pink Hello Kitty Laptop

NEC Japan has teamed up with Sanrio, and French designer, Courrèges, to create a super cute pink Hello Kitty laptop called "NEC LaVie G Hello Kitty Courrèges".


The pink Hello Kitty laptop is really cute and looks definitely attractive to girls. On the specification, it's running on a 1.90GHz AMD Athlon QL-60 processor, with 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, and a 13.3-inch WXGA screen.

The "NEC LaVie G Hello Kitty Courrèges" will come in Vista, and available starting from October 25 with a price of $1100 (without MS Office). Unfortunately, like many other Hello Kitty products, it's available in Japan only. If you have any anyone from Japan who can help you to order one, make sure to order before October 28th so that you will get a mouse and mouse pad in Hello Kitty style as an extra present.

Dell Studio Pink

Dell Studio laptop sits in the middle of Inspiron and XPS line. It's a new product line added by Dell in 2008 based on customer feedback, which asked for personalization, connectivity and simplicity.

Hoping The New MacBook In Pink

The next Apple MacBook event will be held on the coming Tuesday (14-Oct-08). There are rumors that Apple is going to announce a $800 laptop crafted from single pieces of aluminum using a laser and water jet process known by the code-name "brick".

According to 9to5Mac, the new MacBook will come in "two-tone". It will have black (or perhaps other colors) plastic outer shell while incorporating an aluminum inner frame. So far, there's no mention about whether the new MacBook will offer any other color options other than black, but we are hopping that they will release the new MacBook in pink and other attractive colors, just like the new iPod Nano!

Toshiba Launches Pink Laptop To Support Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign
