Acer has recently released the 10-inch version of Aspire One netbook, AOD150, in the U.S.
Acer provide a few color options for their new 10-inch Aspire One, but unfortunately pink is not one of them (there's a ruby red version though which might be of interest for pink laptop lovers).
The specs for the Aspire One AOD150 are as follows:
Available colors: seashell white, sapphire blue, ruby red and diamond black
And as usual, Laptop Magazine has got an early review on the new 10-inch machine from Acer. According to them, the Aspire One AOD150 is slim, stylish, and comes with great performance and battery life. If not because of the keyboard and touchpad layout, it's almost comparable to the Samsung NC10 and the new Asus Eee PC 1000HE... and it beats the other two in terms of price ($349.99). Overall, Laptop Magazine gave it a rating of 4 out of 5.
The Acer Aspire One AOD150 appears to be another great netbook that can be listed in our best netbook list. It's unfortunate that it's currently not available in pink, but we believe sooner or later, Acer will release a pink version, just its 8.9-inch predecessor.

When we first spotted the pink Acer Aspire One on J&R 2 months ago, the color scheme for the netbook was a mixture of pink and black. Probably due to popular demand, Acer is now announcing another version of pink Aspire One, but this time in white and pink color scheme.

Acer Aspire One, a simple yet solid miniature laptop, has entered the crowded netbook market with an original starting price of only $379. It was then announced to have a price drop of $50 yesterday, touching $329 from $379. If compared to the Asus Eee PC 901 model, the Aspire One seems to be a pretty good bargain.
Overview of Acer Aspire One Models The available models for the Aspire One are: the AOA110-1722, AOA150-1570, and AOA150-1447(recently anounced).
All of the three models run on the Intel Atom N270 processor at 1.60GHz, with 8.9" WSVGA 1024×600 display, Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi wireless LAN, Ethernet LAN, a built in web camera, a multi-in-1 media card reader, three USB ports, SD Card reader, and VGA output. The netbooks weight 2.17 pounds and are available in four different colors: pink, white, blue and brown.
What make the price different for these models are the Operating System (Linux/Windows), and the disk & RAM capacity:

The higer-end model, with Windows XP, 1GB of memory, and 120GB of hard drive have also seen a similar $50 cut in pricing, touching $349 from $399.
Besides dropping the price, Acer has also rolled out a new model for the Aspire One with 160GB disk space, and a six-cell battery at the price of $399. Looks like Acer is taking an aggresive approach to win the netbook market.. Watch out, Asus.

The Aces Aspire One will be a great competition for the Asus Eee PC. As we can see now, the price for the Acer Aspire One is lower than the 9-inch Eee PCs from Asus, which run $550-$599.
After Asus Eee PC and WIND from MSI, here comes the Acer Aspire One which is the latest low cost mini notebook from Acer. It was first introduced at the Computex trade show in Taipei on Tuesday.
