LG X110 MOMO Netbook Listed On LG Official Site

LG X110, the 10-inch netbook which was announced during the IFA 2008 in Berlin, is now officially listed on LG website. The netbook includes built-in access to HSPA-based 3G data networks, and thus is named MOMO which stand for More Mobile.

Available in pink, white, and black, the X110 MOMO netbook will be equipped with the following specs: 1.6GHz Intel Atom Processor, 512MB of RAM upgradeable to 1GB, an 80GB, 120GB or 160GB of HDD, a 1.3-megapixel webcam and optional Bluetooth module. The X110 MOMO is currently labeled as "Coming Soon" and the price is expected to be around $500.

Toshiba Upcoming Pink Laptop: Dynabook NX

Toshiba is coming up with a new 12.1-inch laptop called Dynabook NX, that will be available in pink.


The laptop will be equipped with a 12.1" LCD display with resolution 1280 x 800 resolution, an Intel Core 2 Duo 1.2GHz processor, up to 3GB of RAM, a 128GB SSD or 160GB standard hard drive, 802.11b/g/n, three USB ports, an e-SATA port, and an SD flash card slot.

Dynabook NX is expected to be released in late October, with an estimated price of $2793 for the SSD model, and $1736 for the HDD model.

Pastel Pink Version Of Lenovo S10 Netbook To Be Available In December 2008

While the Lenovo IdeaPad S10 already start shipping, only the classic white version is available at this time. For those of you who are waiting for the pink version, Lenovo has revealed in the product page, and gallery section that the Pastel pink color of S10 will be available in December 2008.

Upcoming Pink Laptop: LG Xnote Mini Netbook

After the announcement of the X110 netbook, LG Korea has recently announced another new netbook model called the Xnote Mini, which is a 10-inch machine that claimed to be the lightest ever netbook made by Korean company. The netbook will be available in 3 colors: pink, white, and black.


With all the similarities of netbooks recently released, the specs for the Xnote Mini comes with no surprise:

• Intel Atom Processor
• 1GB of RAM
• 160GB of HDD
• 1.3 megapixel webcam
• 3-cell battery
• Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity
• Windows XP OS

The netbook does have something extra though -- the customized keyboard, with expanded 'Shift' key, which claims to provide more comfortable typing.

Sony Announce New Pink Laptop Bundles To Support Breast Cancer Research

Breast Cancer Awareness month (October) is just around the corner. To support the breast cancer research, Sony has announced 2 new pink laptop bundles: the Cosmopolitan Pink VAIO CR pack, and the Glossy Pink VAIO SR pack.


The Cosmopolitan Pink VAIO CR pack which have a starting price of $870 will includes a 14.1-inch LCD, 1.3-megapixel camera, Core 2 Duo CPU, Bluetooth, a built-in DVD burner and a matching case / mouse.


For a smaller and more powerful laptop, you could to go for the Glossy Pink VAIO SR, which includes a 13.3-inch LED backlit display, up to 320GB of HDD and a "Switch" mode that allow the users to easily toggle between high performance and power saving modes. The starting price for this bundle is $1,399.

Sony pink laptops are gorgeous. If you are going to buy a pink laptop anyway, why don't show your support to the breast cancer research by getting one of those bundles?

Last month, Asus announced the first scented laptops on the market, F6V. Available in four different stylish flower prints, each of them comes with a matching scent (Read the press release for more details). While this model of laptop is part of a very limited edition series from Asus, we have spotted the pink Floral Blossom version is now available on Amazon.com at the price of $1,299.00.

In a nutshell, the netbook is applaud for the descent battery life and Ubuntu Netbook Remix operating system, but it as got some performance issue due to the 512MB RAM and cramped keyboard design.

Upcoming Pink Laptop: BenQ Joybook Lite U101 Netbook

BenQ will be joining the netbook crowd with Joybook Lite U101, and yes, there will be a pink version:

Another pink laptop is coming our way. Fujitsu Asia Pacific has announced a new laptop model, L1010, which is targeted at students and young generation who are tech-savvy and know exactly what they want with computing solutions.


The new Fujitsu L1010 will comes in a wide array of pastel colors including a unique combination of White and Pink Gold, Black, Turqoise Blue, Pink and Purple.. and together with the fashionably glossy design, the new laptop model would appear attractive to the young generation.

While we think that the pink laptop is trendy and fashionable, it's interesting to note that the dude over at Tech Digest predicts that the Bubblegum pink version of CS11 will be the first to get a price cut due to poor sales.. We'll see how it goes, but we believe that there must be a reason for Sony to continue including pink color option to their new laptop models (better sales maybe? ).

Anyway, there's no announcement on the price and availability for this laptop yet.

HP Clutch Handbag Laptop With Pink Flower Design

Combining fashion and technology, Hewlett-Packard has announced the Digital Clutch Notebook, which is a special edition laptop designed by fashion designer Vivienne Tam.


The laptop unveiled at New York's Fashion Week is about the size of a clutch handbag, with gleaming red surface bursting with pink and purple peony flowers design. Also, the 'Enter' key of the laptop is emblazoned with the Chinese symbol for double happiness.


While the Digital Clutch Notebook itself is not totally in pink, we think that it's truly gorgeous and unique, and would definitely be appealing to women of all ages. The estimated available date for the special edition laptop will be early next year. No technical spec is available at this time.

Asus Eee PC was reported to be American most wanted Christmas gift in 2007:

2. MSI Wind


The MSI Wind is available in two models: the Wind U90 with 8.9" screen, and the Wind U100 with 10" screen. Similar to Acer Aspire One, it runs on Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, and is available in Romantic Pink. Find out more about the pink MSI Wind here.

Starting Price: around $485

Availability: The MSI Wind Romantic pink version is currently available on various online store and retailers.


3. Lenovo Ideapad S9 & S10


The Ideapad S9 and S10 are the new netbook models from Lenovo with 8.9-inch screen and 10.1-inch screen respectively. Both of them will be running on 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, with 1024x600 pixels display, 1.3-megapixel webcam, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 4-in-1 memory card reader, and a three-cell battery promising 3 hours of battery life (an optional six-cell battery will also be available). There will be 5 color options available: ruby red, classic white, bold black, deep blue and pastel pink.

Starting Price: $399

Availability: The IdeaPad netbooks will be available in early October 2008. However it's noted on Lenovo website that the pastel pink version Ideapad will only be released later this season, which means pink color option will not be available in the first batch of release.


4. Gdium


Gdium, the 10-inch netbook from Emtec, is running on MIPS-derived Loongson processor by ST Microelectronics. What's special about Gdium, is that it doesn't have internal storage at all. All user data and Operating System is stored in an USB key known as the G-Key which plugs into a USB port under the keyboard.

Other features of Gdium includes: WiFi connectivity, three USB 2.0 ports (one used by the GKey), 10/100 ethernet, VGA and an SD/SDHC/MMC card reader. The OS is Mandriva G-Linux with 512MB of RAM, and the GKey itself can be had in either 8GB or 16GB sizes. Last but not least, the Gdium netbook will be available in pink! 5. LG X110 Netbook


Running on 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, the LG X110 is an 8.9-inch netbook that comes with 1GB of RAM, an high-capacity SD (SDHC) memory card slot, three USB ports and a 1.3-megapixel camera. It will be available in white, black and pink.

Starting Price: Around $590 (€399)

Availability: Will be available from late October 2008 in UK and other Europe countries.


6. Commodore UMMD 8010/F netbook


The Commodore UMMD 8010/F netbook has a 1.6GHz C7-M CPU, an 80GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, 802.11b/g WiFi and optional Bluetooth. It has a 10 inch display and a 1.3MP camera and will be available in four colours; white, black, grey and sweet pink

Starting Price: £325 or about $610

Availability: Late September 2008


7. Elonex One


With just £129, or about $254, the Elonex One is certainly one of the cheapest netbooks around. Targeting the children market, Elonex One is designed to be kid-proof in that it's shock resistant. Specs of the Elonex One netbook: 7-inch 800x480-pixel display, 300MHz LNX Code 8 Mobile processor, 128MB of DDR2 memory and 1GB of flash memory.

8. LifeBook U2010 netbook


LifeBook U2010 will be available in gold pink. It comes with a 1.6GHz Atom processor, a 5.6-inch WXGA display, an optional 64GB SSD drive (or a standard 60GB hard drive), an extended battery, and the usual built-in 1.3-megapixel webcam.
